SMS terms

Maverick Realty Network, an assumed name of ADROIT NTRE LLC, offers optional text messages about customer inquiries, appointments, support and services. With separate marketing consent, messages may also include agent training, events, recruiting opportunities and service promotions. You choose service messages, marketing messages, or both using the separate unchecked consent boxes in our chat widget. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance. You may also contact bart@maverickrealtynetwork.com or 214-801-7756. Opting out of SMS does not prevent you from contacting us by email or phone. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. These terms apply to the messaging program; any paid services require a separate agreement.
